Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing Placebo plus standard of care, Telmisartan plus standard of care and Terazosin plus standard of care (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Rate of Parkinson's disease progression by MDS-UPDRS Parts I and II combined at week 165. Started Sep 2025; status: recruiting.
