Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, folinic acid, fluorouracil and gemcitabine in pancreatic cancer (PC) and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) (2 arms), sponsored by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Primary endpoints: Time to progression following FOLFOX-A treatment and Biomarker efficacy for predicting disease progression in the FOLFOX-A arm. Started Sep 2018; status: terminated.
