Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in paratyphoid fever and typhoid fever comparing SII TCV(B) arm with Typhim Vi arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Paratyphoid A infection after challenge and S. Typhi Vi-specific IgG at day 28. Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
