Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of rifampicin, moxifloxacin, clarithromycin, clofazimine and dapsone in leprosy (HD) (2 arms), sponsored by The Leprosy Mission. Primary endpoints: Reduction of copy numbers by molecular viability assay at 12 months, Complete killing of M. leprae at 12 months and 3 more. Started Jul 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
