Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) comparing baricitinib + glucocorticoids with Control: methotrexate + glucocorticoids (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Clinically inactive disease at Week 52 and off glucocorticoids from Week 40. Started Jul 2025; status: recruiting.
