Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of selexipag in Scleroderma-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (SSc-PAH) and pulmonary fibrosis secondary to systemic sclerosis (SSc-ILD), sponsored by Hokkaido University. Primary endpoints: Change in normal lung volume by quantitative chest CT at week 52 and Change in fibrotic lung volume by quantitative chest CT at week 52. Started Nov 2021; status: recruiting.
