Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of landiolol and hydrocortisone in sepsis and septic shock (6 arms), sponsored by Japanese Association for Acute Medicine. Primary endpoints: 90-day survival from initiation of intensive care for sepsis, Composite of mortality and/or ischemic/thrombotic major vascular event at 30 days and 2 more.
