Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of estetrol + drospirenone in dysmenorrhea, female sexual dysfunction (FSD), major depressive disorder (MDD) and 1 more, sponsored by Miyanomori Ladies Clinic. Primary endpoints: Change in free androgen index (FAI) from baseline to cycle 6, Change in FSFI score from baseline to cycle 6 and 2 more. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
