Overview
Open-label trial of roxadustat in anemia of renal disease, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Nagoya City University. Primary endpoints: Proportion of erythropoietin derived from kidneys or liver at 1–2 weeks after switching to roxadustat and Proportion of erythropoietin derived from kidneys or liver at 12 weeks after switching to roxadustat.
