Randomised, double-blind trial in perioperative bleeding and postoperative anemia comparing Placebo (normal saline) at incision with Tranexamic acid 2 g at incision (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Hemoglobin decrease. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
