Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) comparing Olanzapine + standard antiemetic therapy with Placebo + standard antiemetic therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: No Nausea (NN) rate during 0-120 hours (overall period) after treatment initiation. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
