Phase 2, open-label trial of niraparib in biliary cancer, pancreatic cancer (PC) and gastrointestinal cancer (3 cohorts), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: Objective response rate (ORR) by investigator in BRCA-mutated patients (any test) and Objective response rate (ORR) by investigator in BRCA-mutated patients identified via ctDNA (GOZILA study).
