Randomised, double-blind trial in Non-small cell lung cancer (NS-NSCLC) comparing MB12 + chemotherapy with Keytruda + chemotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: AUC0-504 between Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 and AUCss between Cycle 7 and Cycle 8. Started Jul 2025; status: recruiting.
