Open-label, single-arm trial of rapcabtagene autoleucel in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and lupus nephritis (LN), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants achieving DORIS remission or clinical response at Week 24 and Percentage of participants achieving DORIS remission or clinical response at Week 52.
