Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of epcoritamab in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements (HGBL-DH/TH) and follicular lymphoma (FL) (2 arms), sponsored by Genmab. Primary endpoints: Overall survival and Progression-free survival by Lugano criteria per independent review committee. Started Aug 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
