Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of mirikizumab in autoimmune colitis and Crohn's disease, sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company. Primary endpoints: Clinical remission in ulcerative colitis based on Modified Mayo Score at Week 52 and Clinical remission in Crohn's disease based on Pediatric Crohn's Disease Activity Index at Week 52.
