Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) comparing Rilzabrutinib with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in weekly urticaria activity score (UAS7) at Week 12 and Change from baseline in weekly itch severity score (ISS7) at Week 12.
