Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in eosinophilic gastritis (EG), eosinophilic enteritis (EoN) and eosinophilic duodenitis (EoD) comparing Benralizumab with Placebo → Benralizumab (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Histological response in stomach and/or duodenum at Week 24 and Change in EG/EGE symptoms at Week 24. Started Jan 2022; status: completed.
