Randomised, double-blind trial in Primary immune complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) comparing iptacopan 200 mg b.i.d with Placebo to iptacopan 200 mg b.i.d (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in eGFR at 6 months. Started Jun 2024; status: recruiting.
