Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in Non-small cell lung cancer (NS-NSCLC) comparing Dato-DXd + rilvegostomig, Rilvegostomig monotherapy and Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) monotherapy (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Progression-Free Survival (PFS) in TROP2 biomarker positive participants and Overall Survival (OS) in TROP2 biomarker positive participants. Started Apr 2024; status: recruiting.
