Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in Autoimmune Myopathies and dermatomyositis (DM) comparing Anifrolumab + standard of care with Placebo + standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Total Improvement Score (TIS) 40 response or more at week 52 without confirmed deterioration. Started Sep 2024; status: recruiting.
