Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in primary myelofibrosis (PMF) comparing Ropeginterferon alfa-2b with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinically relevant complete hematologic response (CrCHR) at 56 weeks and Symptom endpoint at 56 or possibly 80 weeks. Started Dec 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
