Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of mocertatug rezetecan in endometrial cancer (EC), epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) and 2 more (4 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), Number of participants with adverse events (AEs), immune-mediated adverse events (imAEs), adverse events of special interest (AESI) and serious adverse events (SAEs) by Severity (Part A) and 2 more.
