Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy (HOCM) comparing Aficamten arm with Placebo then aficamten arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in Valsalva left ventricular outflow tract gradient (LVOT-G). Started Nov 2025; status: recruiting.
