Phase 2 open-label TAK-226 study in Japanese patients with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes and anemia

Phase 2, open-label trial of elritercept in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants achieving transfusion independence for at least 8 weeks from baseline through Week 24 and Percentage of participants achieving mean hemoglobin increase of at least 1.5 g/dL for at least 8 weeks from baseline through Week 24 with no red blood cell transfusion during the same period.
