Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (TCC), sponsored by Astellas Pharma. Primary endpoints: Overall clinical complete response rate after treatment and 2-year bladder-intact event-free survival rate after up to 9 cycles in cCR responders.
