ROXI-CAT-I: REGN7508 for Primary Prophylaxis of Cancer-Associated Thrombosis in Solid Tumors

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cancer-associated thrombosis (CAT), venous thromboembolism (VTE) and arterial thromboembolism comparing REGN7508 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time-to-first event of centrally adjudicated venous or arterial thromboembolism or related death and Time-to-first event of centrally adjudicated ISTH major bleeding or clinically relevant non-major bleeding.
