Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Rett syndrome (RTT) comparing Fenfluramine hydrochloride with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from Baseline to Week 14 in Rett Syndrome Behaviour Questionnaire Total Score and Clinical Global Impression of Change at Week 14. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
