Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in 21-hydroxylase deficiency (21-OHD) comparing Atumelnant with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants with morning post-glucocorticoid androstenedione ≤ upper limit of normal on physiologic glucocorticoid replacement at Week 32. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
