Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) comparing Experimental Group (GSK5784283 + standard of care) with Placebo Comparator Group (Placebo + standard of care) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in total endoscopic nasal polyps score at Week 52 and Change from baseline in mean nasal obstruction score using Verbal Response Scale from Week 51 through Week 52.
