Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ivonescimab, fluorouracil, folinic acid, oxaliplatin and docetaxel in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC), gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and gastric adenocarcinoma, sponsored by National Cancer Center Hospital East. Primary endpoint: Major pathological response rate by central pathological assessment. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
