Open-label, single-arm trial of tisagenlecleucel in secondary malignancy, sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoints: muCAR19 transgene detection and vector copy number (VCN) in malignant T-cell specimens and Assessment for additional analyses (e.g., LISA) based on VCN and malignant T-cell percentage.
