Randomised, double-blind trial in pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) comparing Spesolimab + systemic corticosteroid with Placebo + systemic corticosteroid (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Complete closure of target PG ulcer up to Week 26. Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
