Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of piggyBac CD19 CAR T cells in follicular lymphoma (FL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), T-cell/histiocyte-rich large B-cell lymphoma (THRLBCL) and 4 more. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity rate within 28 days (Phase I) and Overall response rate up to 90 days (Phase II primary). Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
