Adjunctive Soticlestat in Pediatric and Adult Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome

Randomised, double-blind trial in Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) comparing Soticlestat with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in major motor drop seizure frequency per 28 days during the full treatment period and Percent change from baseline in major motor drop seizure frequency per 28 days during the maintenance period.
