Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in congenital cytomegalovirus infection (cCMV) and sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) comparing Valganciclovir arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Hearing improvement in ABR or ASSR (total ear hearing assessments) after 6 months of treatment. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
