Randomised, double-blind trial in dry eye syndrome (DED) comparing OC-01 varenicline nasal spray with Placebo nasal spray (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean change from baseline in Tear Film Break-up Time (TBUT) at Week 4 (Day 29). Started May 2025; status: completed.
