Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cachexia and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) comparing Ponsegromab + first-line chemotherapy with Placebo + first-line chemotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline in body weight and Change from baseline in FAACT 5-item Anorexia Symptom Scale. Started Oct 2025; status: recruiting.
