Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in pemphigus vulgaris (PV) and pemphigus foliaceus (PF) comparing Efgartigimod PH20 SC + prednisone with Placebo SC + prednisone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Complete remission on minimal therapy (CRmin) in PV within 30 weeks. Started Sep 2021; status: completed.
