Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) comparing Elritercept with Epoetin alfa (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants who are red blood cell transfusion independent for any consecutive 12-week period through week 24 with concurrent mean hemoglobin increase of at least 1.5 g/dL from baseline. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
