Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) comparing Risvutatug rezetecan with Physician’s choice best supportive/standard of care ± ARPI (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Radiographic Progression-Free Survival (rPFS) per PCWG3 by BICR and Overall Survival (OS). Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
