Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD) comparing SAR448851 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline to Week 48 in plasma p-tau217 and Treatment-emergent adverse events from Week 48 to Week 96. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
