Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of tomligisiran in hepatitis D (HDV) and hepatitis B (HBV) (3 arms), sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoint: Percentage of participants with HDV RNA at least 2 log10 IU/mL decline from baseline or HDV RNA target not detected in combination with normal ALT at Week 48.
