Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF) and myelophthisis comparing Luspatercept + concomitant JAK2 inhibitor with Placebo + concomitant JAK2 inhibitor (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Red blood cell-transfusion independence for at least 12 weeks. Started May 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
