Extension and randomized withdrawal study of TAK-994 in adults with narcolepsy type 1

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in narcolepsy type 1 (NT1) comparing TAK-994 continuation arm with Placebo withdrawal arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with at least one treatment-emergent adverse event during the Active Drug Extension Period, Number of participants with at least one post-dose markedly abnormal value (MAV) in laboratory tests during the Active Drug Extension Period and 2 more.
