Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of vedolizumab in Crohn's disease (9 arms), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoints: Clinical remission at Week 54 (PCDAI ≤10) and Endoscopic response at Week 54 (SES-CD reduction ≥50%). Started Feb 2022; status: recruiting.
