Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of semaglutide, cilofexor and firsocostat in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and Cirrhosis (4 arms), sponsored by Gilead Sciences. Primary endpoints: Fibrosis improvement without worsening of NASH (SEMA + CILO/FIR vs placebo) and NASH resolution (SEMA + CILO/FIR vs placebo). Started Apr 2022; status: completed.
