Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic kidney disease (CKD), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and diabetic glomerulosclerosis comparing Finerenone + empagliflozin, Finerenone + placebo and Empagliflozin + placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Relative change in UACR at 180 days vs empagliflozin alone and Relative change in UACR at 180 days vs finerenone alone. Started Nov 2022; status: completed.
