Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) comparing Bleximenib + chemotherapy, then bleximenib maintenance, Bleximenib + chemotherapy, then placebo maintenance and Placebo + chemotherapy, then placebo maintenance (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Event-free survival. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
