Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in poststroke spasticity (PSS) and equinus contracture comparing NT 201 400 U with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Area under the curve (AUC) of changes in MAS score of plantar flexors over 12 weeks after a single injection. Started Oct 2015; status: completed.
